Statesman では、お客様の満足が最優先事項です。返品は簡単です – ご購入にご満足いただけない場合は、メールでお問い合わせください: info@statesmancigarco.com.返品する商品とその理由をお知らせください。発送のための私書箱情報と返品承認番号 (RMA#) をお知らせします。この番号をメモして、返品に含めてください。返品は、交換、クレジット、または払い戻しのために受領日から最大 15 日間許可されます。返品処理には、返品を受け取ってから最大 10 営業日かかる場合があります。国際的な返品にはさらに時間がかかる場合があります。
SHIPPING POLICY
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Shipping is a $10 flat-rate charge for standard shipping within the US and $20 flat-rate charge for standard shipping for international deliveries.
