At Statesman, our clients’ satisfaction is our number one priority. We make returns easy – if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us via email: info@statesmancigarco.com. Please let us know what item you are returning and why; we will provide you with our P.O. Box information for shipping and a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Please make note of this number to include with any returns. Returns are allowed up to 15 days from receipt date for an exchange, credit, or refund. Returns processing can take up to 10 business days from receiving a return; international returns may take longer.
